Assessment & Diagnosis
Assessment of key organizational factors is one of the initial (and essential) steps in understanding and improving the company. Our assessments are conducted on the entity’s people, processes, performance and profitability. We utilize our skills and experience to diagnose core strengths, weaknesses and other critical factors as a prelude to developing recommendations for change.
Solution Development & ImplementationBased upon our diagnosis, appropriate improvements and programs are designed and implemented. Whether they be Training programs, Process Reengineering efforts, Organizational Structure interventions or other Organization Development programs, we help our clients select and design solutions that will best leverage organizational strengths and close identified performance gaps. Then, we work with our clients to effectively implement desired changes to ensure maximum results and sustainability.
Results Mapping & MeasurementIt is imperative that the organization understands the impacts and the costs of any change introduced into it. We assist our clients to evaluate Training programs and other interventions on both an interim- and end-result basis. Using this information we assess Return on Investment in quantitative and qualitative terms.
Sustainability & LearningImplementation of any successful organizational intervention begins with the development of an effective strategy, one that is consistent with the organization’s vision and overall strategic direction. Our methodology allows key stakeholders to clearly identify both the intended and unintended consequences of change (doing so in terms with which they are familiar). Once an intervention is underway, learnings must be transferred and “institutionalized” to the individuals and groups where they are needed. To be sustained, that is, to consistently deliver the results promised by an intervention, you must also successfully manage the inevitable individual and organizational resistance to change.
